How Can I Pay?

We support the following payment options:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in select pin codes)
  • PayTM Wallet
  • Credit Card (PayTM)
  • Debit Card (PayTM)
  • Net Banking (PayTM)

If the order is placed using Credit card / Debit card/ Internet banking, then the order will be processed once the payment is approved by the bank.

If the order is placed using COD payment type, then the payment has to be done to the courier person on delivery of the product. The payment has to be made first to the courier person and then only the package can be opened.

Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

 

When Will My Order Be Processed?

The orders will normally be shipped within 2 working days from the date of order placed and delivery would be made to the customers within 7 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations. For non-serviceable locations by our official courier, the delivery would be made either through third party courier / post and will take 10 - 12 working days for delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation by email usually within 15 minutes of completing your order.

 

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order Or Track A Shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Admiral ships from multiple warehouses which can result in split shipments; therefore, you may receive more than one email. If your order contained more than one item, keep an eye on your email inbox for additional updates.

 

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

You may return any Admiral products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of date of delivery.

In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab!

You can send across the goods through any reputed courier agencies to the respected shipping warehouse/store. The shipping store address will be mentioned in the invoice.

We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Admiral is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges.

Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or color please contact our customer service at    We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on your replacement order.

 

What If I Have A Defective Or Damaged Item?

If you have received a damaged item or believe an item is defective, please contact Customer Service at customercare@admiralindia.co.in.

 

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

 

As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service on telephone 

If the package has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order.

 

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

You may return all items purchased in the ADMIRAL Online Shop within 30 days upon receiving of the merchandise. Remember that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise must not show signs of wear. The same conditions apply to reduced price items.

 

I Have Returned An Item, Now How Do I Get My Money Back?

Refund is usually completed in 7 to 25 working days after receiving and conducting the quality check of your returned package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How Do I Use A Promotion/Coupon Code?

To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Checkout page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "redeem" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.
